Probing Berlin shoppers

Our strategist Christopher went to buzzing Berlin last week. On behalf of Electrolux we set out to interview customers at a Saturn store in Alexanderplatz to probe the influence and customer experience of store signage. With the help of two students from Frankfurt Business school, 42 interviews were conducted which will be combined with interviews from Madrid and Stockholm to form a decision material for Electrolux global.
